During the first day of your Swargarohini trekking, our representative will receive you from Dehradun Railway Station at around 6:00-7:00 am in the morning. After that, you will be boarded in a taxi and your journey through a mysterious road of Badrinath village will begin. The total distance of the tour will be around 300 km and thus, it may take you around 11 hours to reach your destination. During the journey you will get a chance to enjoy the supernatural beauty of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers. After reaching Badrinath base camp, you will get a chance to rest in a hotel during the day and then visit the Badrinath temple in the evening.
You will start the second day of your journey by having a delicious breakfast at the hotel. You will be free to do whatever you want during the whole day. In the evening you can also visit the nearby temples of Badrinath to enjoy the beauty of Aarti. After that, you can return to your hotel room, have dinner and rest to get ready for the next day.
After finishing your breakfast, you will have to drive a taxi towards the small village of Mana and your Swargarohini trekking experience will start from there. After a short walk on the trail, you will get to see the picturesque Vasundhara Falls, located on the opposite side of the Alaknanda River. Then, you have to climb slowly through the landslide-prone area and reach the camping site.
On the fourth day of your tour, you will have to move towards Chakratirtha from your current location, Lakshmi Van. In this aspect, the climb will be a bit difficult due to the winding nature of the road and its slippery nature. Once you climb the valley, you will be able to enjoy the serene view of Neelkanth, Chaukhamba peaks and Balakun.
After enjoying their beauty, you have to cross a narrow mountain stream and continue walking on a flat road. Gradually, you will reach the camp site of Chakratirtha, where you can set up your camp and take some rest to refresh yourself.
The journey on the fifth day will start a little earlier than usual like today, you will have to cross many tricky places. You'll start by climbing to the highest point of the ridge and trek along the glacier. If you continue moving forward, you will soon reach the beautiful Satopanth Lake and enjoy the impressive view of Neelkanth Mahadev and Chaukhamba Peak. Once you are done touring the surroundings, you will get a chance to pitch your tent here and relax for the day.
You will start the sixth day of your Swargarohini trekking with a delicious breakfast and start trekking towards Chandrakund. While hiking the trail you will find many rooms of saints, which are made of stones. As you progress, the walkway will become narrower than usual. Therefore, here you will need to walk very carefully, otherwise you may slip and go towards the barren land or glacier. Your destination for the sixth day will be Chandrakund, a small lake located a short distance away from Suryakund.
The seventh day of your journey will start much earlier than usual. Today you will have to complete your breakfast as soon as possible and head towards Suryakund. During your trek, you will have to pass through boulders and moraine areas. So, make sure to be as careful as possible. During the hike, you will also get a clear view of the amazing Kuber Mountains and Chakumba Peaks. After reaching Suryakund, you can set up your camp and have a deep sleep at night.
Today, go on some short walks, explore the city and relax. Here you can spend the night.
There is a steep climb from Suryakund to Swargarohini Glacier and there are cracks on the way. Although the journey through the boulders and moraine area is difficult, the excellent and close views of the high peaks are worth it. Reach Swargarohini Glacier; Above, the sky-high peaks "Char Singh" and "Way to Heaven" are visible. There are three stairs from here; It is believed that there are seven in total, but none of them are visible due to fog. Set up camp and rest for the night.
After breakfast, return to this magical lake via the same route. Night rest camp at Satopanth Tal.
Return to Lakshmivan via Chakratirtha; The descent takes less time, but be careful as some sections are difficult. Reach Lakshmi Van and set up camp and stay for the night.
After descending, you can reach Mana village in three hours. The yatra will start from Mana and end at Badrinath, where arrangements will be made at a hotel. Going to visit Badrinath ji in the evening.
After breakfast, depart for Haridwar, stop for lunch en route and reach in the evening. 8 pm.
